The Role

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role combines traditional reception duties with relief dental assisting responsibilities, making it perfect for someone looking to grow their skills in the dental industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reception duties: Front desk management, patient greeting, and phone handling
  • Patient recalls: Coordinating and scheduling follow-up appointments
  • Invoicing: Processing payments and managing billing procedures
  • Rostering: Staff scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Relief dental assisting: Supporting dental procedures when required
  • Maintaining our corporate standard of service excellence
What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability Monday - Wednesday (essential) Can be negotiated for a right fit.
  • Professional demeanor suitable for corporate clientele
  • Dental experience highly regarded
  • Willingness for relief dental assisting duties
  • Team player who thrives in a close-knit environment
  • Minimum 6 months reception experience (dental reception preferred but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn practice management software
  • Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
  • Experience with HICAPS and health fund claiming processes (training provided if required)
