My client is seeking several profiles in service delivery and ITSM Including Incident Managers roles as well as Incident + Problem management roles

  • 1 year contract with 5 years visibility
  • NV1 mandatory
  • 5 Days in the office

You'll lead major incident responses when critical services are at risk, govern processes to ensure smooth resolution, and drive long-term problem fixes to improve stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead major incident response, acting as the escalation point for high-priority issues.
  • Govern incident and problem management processes across multiple vendors.
  • Drive root cause analysis, trend reporting, and long-term resolution strategies.
  • Provide clear reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with ITIL/ITSM standards and program governance.
  • Build strong collaboration across suppliers and internal teams.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in incident, major incident, and problem management.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and lead coordinated responses.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise or government environments.
  • NV1 Mandatory
