About the Role
As an Employer Support Specialist (Key Account Coordinator), you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Employers, acting as a trusted partner and point of contact. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting onboarding, driving engagement, and ensuring seamless service delivery across our superannuation offerings.
This is a highly collaborative role within the MUFG Employer Team, where your ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships will be key to conserving and growing employer membership.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively manage employer accounts, ensuring accurate data and timely resolution of outstanding requirements.
- Deliver high-quality customer service across all channels, including presentations and site visits.
- Provide payroll and clearing house support, and educate employers on fund products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and administration.
- Support campaign activity and fund initiatives, including self-service and preferred clearing house adoption.
- Maintain regular communication and reporting with employers and fund stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and face-to-face.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- High attention to detail and professional presentation.
- Experience in customer service or account management (superannuation experience not required).
- RG146 or equivalent highly regarded.
