About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and proactive HSEQ professional who will assist in developing and implementing Health Safety Environment programs in accordance with relevant policies and legislation. The role will see you.

  • Assist with designing and leading our safety training academy, whilst promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement
  • Manage all licence compliances along with assist in our ISO accreditation programs
  • Perform incident investigations, whilst providing an opportunity for change
  • Implementation and compliance of our environmental and sustainability framework
  • Manage metrics and analytics
  • Be our Champion leading best practice across all facets of our business

About You

  • Certification in IV in training and assessment
  • Cert IV in Health and Safety (minimum) - Essential
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HSEQ initiatives and drive operational quality on-site
  • Well-rounded experience across safety, environment and quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Adopts a growth mindset mentality
  • Ability to think quick and outside of the square
