Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable Forklift / Yard Person to support daily operations at our recycling facility. This role is vital in keeping our yard organized, clean, and running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload plastic materials from trucks and trailers.
  • Move materials around the yard using forklift.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and storage areas.
  • Assist and support the production team as needed.
  • Follow all site safety rules and procedures.
  • Perform basic record-keeping related to yard activity.

What you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a yard or recycling environment preferred.
  • Forklift license.
  • Physically fit – able to lift heavy items and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Strong awareness of safety practices and procedures.

Pay: $35.00 – $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
