Resitech is a major recycler of post-industrial plastic waste with over 30 years' experience in the plastics industry. We produce resins for the plastic industry as well as manufacturing polyethylene dampcourse, root barrier, slip sheet, cable cover and other sheet extruded products. Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable Forklift Driver / Yard Person / Despatch to support daily operations at our recycling facility. This role is vital in keeping our yard organized, clean, and running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload plastic materials from trucks and trailers.
  • Move materials around the yard using forklift.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the yard and storage areas.
  • Assist and support the production team as needed.
  • Follow all site safety rules and procedures.
  • Perform basic record-keeping related to yard activity.

What you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a busy yard or recycling environment preferred.
  • Forklift (LF) license.
  • Physically fit – able to lift heavy items and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift items weighing 20-30kg as required.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Strong awareness of safety practices and procedures.
  • Australian work rights required for this position.
