We're on the lookout for a Casual Amenities Team Member to join our team at our Noosa Holiday Park.

Ingenia Holidays Noosa is a relaxed, welcoming park nestled between the beach, national parks, and mountain-bike trails, offering hospitality professionals the chance to work in a vibrant, guest-focused environment while enjoying everything Noosa has to offer

Reporting to the Park Manager, this hands-on role will see you maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our shared spaces and facilities to the highest standard, helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our residents and guests.

In this Role, You'll

  • Maintain high cleanliness standards across rooms and communal areas, including dusting, polishing, disinfecting surfaces, and waste removal.
  • Restock supplies such as linen, toiletries, and cleaning products, and ensure all appliances are clean and operational.
  • Monitor and report any damage, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to the Park Manager, and assist with stocktakes.
  • Support the upkeep of storage and housekeeping areas, ensuring they remain tidy, organised, and well-stocked.
  • Collaborate respectfully with team members and guests, contribute to meetings, and actively support a positive and productive team environment.

You're Likely a Match If You

  • Have a strong eye for detail and take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards with minimal supervision.
  • Are well-organised, time-conscious, and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Are physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and using equipment and chemicals safely with appropriate PPE.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team, contributing positively to a supportive and respectful work environment.
