About the role
Temporary opportunity to provide administrative and systems support in relation to confidential patient medical records within a hospital setting both digital and historical. Ensure digital images are available for patient presentations in the Integrated Electronic Medical Record (ieMR). Provide 24/7 service (Shift work).
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Prioritise receipt and track patient medical records electronically for all clinical and business units across the hospital campus.
- Perform general duties related to the maintenance and care of patient medical records and the systems used to scan these files.
- Support clinical business units with their medical record requirements including end user assistance on the integrated electronic medical record (ieMR) and the historical medical record.
