About the Role: We're looking for caring and capable Support Workers who can help our participants live life with choice, independence, and confidence. This rewarding role includes a mix of day, afternoon, active night, and non-active sleepover shifts across a variety of high intensity support needs.

To be considered for this opportunity, it's ideal if you bring:

  • Experience with personal care and full hoist transfers
  • Skills in complex bowel care and catheter management
  • Knowledge of epilepsy and seizure management
  • Understanding of diabetes care and subcutaneous injections
  • Experience supporting people with behaviours of concern and mental health challenges
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English to ensure clear and safe care
  • Experience with spinal injuries, quadriplegia, PEG feeding, or autism (highly regarded)
  • A willingness to work sleepovers, active nights, and weekends
  • Experience supporting participants with complex care needs
