At Lifestyle Solutions, we believe in empowering people with disabilities to live life on their terms. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping our participants build independence, confidence, and connection—both at home and in the community.

Own It – How We Get the Job Done

You'll support participants through:

  • Mentoring & skill development – explore hobbies and personal interests
  • Coaching independent living skills – cooking, domestic tasks, social engagement
  • Medication support and adherence to individual plans
  • Clear documentation – handovers and incident reports
  • Personal care – toileting, showering, feeding, dressing
  • Community engagement – recreational activities and cultural inclusion

Make It Matter – What You Bring

  • Strong communication skills with verbal & non-verbal customers
  • Current full driver's licence
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • Qualifications in Disability or Community Services are a bonus
