Are you passionate about ensuring system compliance and driving workforce solutions that make a real impact? We are looking for a Workforce Systems Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team in this newly created role where you will help shape the future of Human Resource and Payroll systems across the Loddon Mallee Health Network.

As a key member of the Workforce Systems and Analytics team, you'll provide specialist advice related to enterprise agreements and system compliance. You will work closely with stakeholders across the health service network to ensure our HR and Payroll systems (UKG Pro Workforce Management / Kronos, SAP, SuccessFactors) are accurate, compliant, and user-friendly.

Loddon Mallee Shared Services (LMSS)  

Loddon Mallee Shared Services provides ICT services to all health services currently within the Loddon Mallee network. The services LMSS provide can range from ICT helpdesk, implementation and management of approved applications to consolidating regional platforms with dedicated support teams.  

As a self-funded initiative, the LMSS is governed by the Department of Health rural-public-health-care-agencies-ict-alliance- as well as a Joint Venture Agreement between the health services.
