Salary per hour (exc. super): $ $41.65
Hours per fortnight: 64 Hours

Employment Status: Fixed Term  Part Time - July 2027

The Workforce Systems and Analytics team primarily oversees the governance, configuration and maintenance of people systems and data to achieve organisational and service objectives. This includes systems that provide position hierarchy management and profiling; recruitment and onboarding; payroll and salary packaging; employment compliance; and learning management. In addition to this, the team manages workforce reporting and analytics to meet the requirements of a variety of stakeholders. 

Our Workforce Systems Coordinator's are responsible for coordinating a variety of tasks in relation to workforce systems (SAP, UKG Pro Workforce Management, Success Factors), providing high level customer support to build capacity of region wide customers and delivering accurate, efficient, compliant and secure systems to support workforce management, development and resourcing. 

Loddon Mallee Shared Services (LMSS)  

Loddon Mallee Shared Services provides ICT services to all health services currently within the Loddon Mallee network. The services LMSS provide can range from ICT helpdesk, implementation and management of approved applications to consolidating regional platforms with dedicated support teams.  

As a self-funded initiative, the LMSS is governed by the Department of Health rural-public-health-care-agencies-ict-alliance- as well as a Joint Venture Agreement between the health services.
