We are currently recruiting for an Operations Specialist (3IC) to join the team at our Nike Gold Coast store

This is a great stepping stone for someone looking for a career in retail leadership. Reporting into the Assistant Head Coach, this role will see you perform non-selling duties that support the store administration and accounting functions.

This fast-paced environment will see you involved in:

- Performing cashiering tasks including all cash-related opening and closing duties
- 2IC for the stores Operations department
- Assisting the leadership team in cashier training for Sales Associates (Athletes) and maintaining adequate training materials and documentation
- Delivering excellent consumer service at all times
- Maintaining accuracy of all Payroll information, and ensuring that wage spend does not exceed the monthly forecast
- Supporting the Store Manager by reviewing P & L monthly.

The essentials you need to bring are:

- A passion for the Brand/Sports
- Skill in performing basic Maths function; sound financial skills and business acumen, with the ability to closely monitor profitability and operating expenses
- Significant previous relevant Retail and/or hospitality experience
- Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and planning skills
- Strong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
