The Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our team and lead projects from the ground up. This is a hands-on role where you'll oversee builds, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are completed on time and on budget – while consistently upholding the Ladex standard of quality and care.

What the Role Involves

"Every day brings something different – from planning the finer details with clients to making sure everything runs smoothly on site."

  • Manage construction projects from planning through to completion.
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, and resources with accuracy and accountability.
  • Coordinate and support subcontractors, suppliers, and site crews.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, building codes, and company standards.
  • Be the key point of contact for clients, keeping communication clear and consistent.
  • Solve challenges quickly to keep projects on track.

What We're Looking For

"We're after someone who leads by example – organised, approachable, and ready to take ownership."

  • Relevant qualifications in construction or project management preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong leadership and people skills.
  • Good knowledge of building codes, WHS, and industry practices.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing attention to detail.
