The Role

At Kic, we're redefining wellness.

This role exists to ensure our digital products don't just help people move but help them feel more confident, empowered and connected with their body and mind. You'll lead the product direction that brings our brand promise to life through data, design and technology.

You'll work closely with engineering, design, content, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, translate insights into action, and ultimately help Kic deepen its impact by turning wellness rituals into everyday habits.

You'll drive strategy, roadmap definition, and delivery of product features that create impact for our members and the business.

What You'll Do

Impact in your first 12 months

• Deliver new product experiences that deepen member engagement and retention.
• Improve the bridge between content, community and data-driven personalisation.
• Help shape the long-term vision for Kic's holistic wellness platform.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Kic's vision, goals, and member needs.
• Lead discovery and definition for key product initiatives - from research through to ideation, build, launch and iteration.
• Balance user value, business impact, and technical feasibility when prioritising features.

Research, Insights & Data

• Stay across emerging trends in wellness, health-tech, and digital products to identify new opportunities.
• Lead market, user, and competitor research to uncover new opportunities and validate hypotheses.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions - from usability testing and behavioural data to A/B experiments and OKRs.
• Translate insights into actionable requirements that improve engagement, retention, and wellbeing outcomes.

Cross-Functional Delivery

• Collaborate daily with Engineers, Product Designers, Marketing and Content team members to deliver high-quality experiences efficiently.
• Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Champion agile ways of working and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all launches are measured, tested, and iterated for optimal performance.

Leadership & Influence

• Act as a strategic driver, providing clarity, focus, and accountability.
• Coach and influence peers by modelling great product practices: curiosity, clarity, and rigour.
• Communicate progress and insights clearly to stakeholders across the business, ensuring transparency and alignment.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a software-driven or content-led business.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver products that drive measurable impact.
• Experience managing discovery, prioritisation, and delivery cycles in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines.
• A genuine passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing.
• Alignment with Kic's mission and values - you care deeply about helping people feel their best.

Nice to Have

• Experience in consumer subscription or wellness products.
• Experience building AI and personalisation products + features.
• Comfort with experimentation, growth loops and retention strategies.
• Comfort working with analytics tools and interpreting behavioural data.
