About the Role

This is a newly created opportunity for a high-calibre Senior Financial Accountant to join a large and acquisitive professional services group delivering cutting-edge solutions to some of the world's largest clients. You'll play a hands-on role in leading accounting operations while supporting the CFO to drive growth and transformation.

With acquisitions underway and a high-performing leadership team in place, this role is designed as a pathway to Finance Manager - giving you the platform to step up, lead, and influence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the month-end close and deliver insightful management reporting to drive decisions
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and supervise the finance team
  • Champion system and process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver budgets, forecasts, and commercial insights
  • Support acquisitions, integration, and other strategic growth initiatives

About You

  • CA/CPA qualified with strong technical and commercial finance ability
  • Experienced in financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Skilled in systems, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven ability to supervise, mentor, or develop team members
  • Ambitious and eager to step beyond technical accounting into leadership
