About the role
This position is responsible for sourcing and providing data to support the delivery of the Student and Campus Services Branch service catalogue by ensuring that data is provided in a format that is readily accessible, easily consumed and provides insights in supporting the identification of opportunities to increase service efficiency and effectiveness
About You
You are detail-oriented, analytical, and a natural problem-solver who thrives on navigating datasets and supporting the delivering of clear, actionable insights. Your talent for collaboration, juggling competing priorities, and providing data to support strategic planning will help you shine in this role.
What you will bring:
- Certificate IV in a relevant discipline or equivalent skill, knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to source data from multiple corporate systems and translate into operational dashboards utilising key data software applications such as Excel, Power Apps or Microsoft Business Intelligence.
- Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to identify appropriate mechanisms for measuring key performance metrics to support efficiency in service delivery
- Demonstrated ability to effectively analyse and provide insights on key performance data that supports continuous improvement in the delivery of enquiry and transactional service catalogues
