Job Description
The Program Coordinator – Industry & Government Partnerships is responsible for the administration and program support for Monarch's B2B learning programs with the Victoria Government, Institute of Public Accountants, and Industry partners. With responsibility for the day-to-day administration, scheduling, enrolment and completions, facilitator/mentor and stakeholder communications, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate business education and mentoring programs with government, associations, and industry partners
- Schedule and resource training sessions, match mentors to participants, and manage feedback
- Oversee enrolments, learner progression, completions, and certification across multiple programs
- Maintain and improve technology platforms (Salesforce CMS, Canvas LMS, web) and ensure accurate records
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on enrolments, attendance, revenue, and program outcomes
Additional Information
- Monarch's office is based in the Melbourne CBD but this is a remote based role
- Full time, 9am to 5.30am
- Working in the Partnerships Team, reporting to the Head of Partnerships
