The Role:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, currently overseen by the Principal
  • Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSFs, and individuals (Xero-based)
  • Provide tailored, proactive client advice
  • Mentor and review the work of junior accountants
  • Liaise with ATO, ASIC, and other authorities
  • Contribute to process improvements and client value-add opportunities
  • Build and grow a portfolio with promotion opportunities as you progress

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 4 plus years' Australian tax experience
  • CA/CPA in progress or completed is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and proven client interaction experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • A collaborative team player with a supportive mindset
