About the Role

NFS team in Sydney is currently seeking a Inventory & Logistics Assistant to oversee general inventory management operations. The main responsibilities include inventory control using Excel and MYOB. In addition to administrative tasks, the role may involve assisting with product deliveries and packing, so we are looking for someone who is physically capable of handling lifting and moving items as needed.

This is a temporary replacement position for a staff member currently on parental leave. If they return, there may be opportunities for internal transfer depending on your skills and interests. We're looking for someone who can grow with us and contribute long-term.

Essential Skills

  • Experience using Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
  • Maintains accurate records and ensures data integrity
  • Ability to communicate with customers in English at an intermediate level or higher
  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong team player who values collaboration

Desirable Skills

  • Administrative work experience (no minimum years required)
  • Comfortable with warehouse tasks such as lifting items (up to 25kg) and picking/packing
  • Familiarity with MYOB for inventory is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 53,000.00 per year + Super
