About the Role
NFS is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Data Entry Officer to join our accounting team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to begin their career in accounting. You'll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our accounting department, with a focus on accurate data entry and transactional record-keeping.
Key responsibilities
- Enter invoice and transaction data accurately into accounting systems
- Confirm and reconcile incoming payments
- Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for audit and compliance purposes
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the accounting department
Requirements and skills
- 2–3 years of administrative experience
- Practical experience using Excel, Word, and similar tools
- Holds a visa that allows long-term employment (at least 2 years)
- Has communication skills in either Japanese or English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $54,000.00 per year + Super
