About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic ICT leader to drive digital transformation across the Hospitality and Racing (H&R) division. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic uplift of ICT systems, governance, and operating models to support the outcomes of a functional review and digital health check, as well as deliver on business priorities.

Working collaboratively with senior leaders across H&R and Corporate Services, you'll establish strong digital governance, formalise demand management, operationalise a centralised PMO, and deliver a future-fit ICT capability that enables innovation, cyber resilience, and data-driven decision-making.

This is a key opportunity to shape the ICT direction for a dynamic and high-impact portfolio, influencing how technology drives efficiency, security, and service excellence across the sector. The role requires a strong leader and will involve collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and governance.

About You

You are a forward-thinking ICT leader who thrives on transformation and collaboration. You have a proven track record in leading enterprise-scale technology change programs and implementing strong governance and delivery frameworks.

You'll bring extensive experience leading ICT transformation in complex organisations and regulated government environments. You have a strong understanding of cyber security principles and their integration into business operations.

Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and a passion for driving digital innovation and operational excellence.
