  • Contribute to the development of business cases by helping estimate benefits, identify risks, and support value justification for proposed initiatives.
  • Collect and interpret stakeholder feedback and engagement metrics to help shape priorities and improve how Technology partners with the business.
  • Support the prioritisation and planning of initiatives in the demand pipeline, helping ensure alignment to business strategy and value delivery.
  • Work closely with business units, Technology teams, and support functions (e.g., Finance, EPMO, Data) to coordinate inputs, validate requirements, and align on delivery expectations.
  • Assist in the preparation of strategic and operational plans, including quarterly portfolio reviews, roadmap updates, and initiative scheduling to ensure accurate forecasting and visibility.
  • Develop high-quality initiative briefs, business requirement documents, and process flows that help define the 'what' and 'why' of proposed initiatives.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Technology, Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, such as Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Teams, and other collaborative tools. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and working knowledge of Power BI
  • Demonstrated ability to manage processes effectively, focusing on documentation and continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in documenting business requirements and supporting the generation of business cases
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
