We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned **ERP Analyst** **specialising in JDE** to join dnata catering & retail Australia. This role reports into our Head Office IT Team based on the Gold Coast, but is open to working in our offices in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane Airport locations.

Furthermore, the ERP Analyst will be responsible for working between business operational stakeholders and technical systems administrators to ensure smooth operation and reliability of the system, providing support to end-users and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Ongoingly, the ERP Analyst will be responsible for coordinating support requests for actioning or escalation.
**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:
- Resolve technical issues or escalate to Partner level for all JDE modules
- Assist in the coordination of system upgrades, patches and testing.
- Contribute to the management of JDE Security using supplied tools and resources
- Build rapport and business relationships with key areas impacted by the product
- Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements
- Assist with design, development, and testing enhancements and new functionalities within the JD Edwards system.
- Maintain documentation related to sys config, mapping, processes and records.
- Monitor sys performance and conduct periodic system audits.
**What do you need to be successful in this role?**
- Proven digital technology experience as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst.
- Specifically 3-4 years+ with JD Edwards ERP system, preferably E1 version
- Understanding of complete JDE toolset and SDLC process as supported by OMW
- Demonstrated knowledge of JDE Orchestrator, UDOs and OMW
- Project related experience, working on major transformational projects, affecting major business processes with the ability to assist in process improvements.
- Sound understanding of change management and its role in process design/delivery.
- Strong communication skills, elevated stakeholder engagement skills, and able to operate independently.
- Demonstrated success in delivering ongoing enhancements to systems/processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment and patience to resolve problems/issues in a timely manner.
- Requires flexibility to travel interstate as may be required for national support.
- Flexibility to work hours to meet project requirements and implementation deadlines.
