About the opportunity
A rare opportunity has arrived for an experienced Education Leader to take the next step as our Regional Principal leading 4x of our Queensland Campuses
The primary objective of the Regional Principal (RP) is to strategically and operationally lead all Campus Principals in your Region and ensure the highest standards in Teaching and Learning, Student achievement, quality, compliance and governance with the vision, values and strategy of OneSchool Global.
This position will require extensive travel to regularly visit the below campuses in your cluster. Brisbane, Toowoomba, Nambour & Maryborough.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting, respecting, and reinforcing the School's Ethos, Values and Guiding Principles In accordance with the School Improvement Plan, providing leadership in the delivery of the curriculum and the development of the modern learning culture to enhance teaching and learning.
- Visiting your campuses regularly to strengthen relationships and support your direct reports.
- Developing and using management systems to support and enhance student learning.
- Working closely with HR and key departments to ensure recruitment and contractual requirements are fulfilled and supporting each Campus Principal in the management of human resources i.e. recruitment, Performance improvement, culture, selection, appraisal, professional development.
- Strengthening communication and relationships with each Campus Principal and Heads of Department within your District and the broader business community.
- Participating and contributing actively and positively in planning and strategic endeavours as part of the OneSchool Global Senior Education Leadership Team (SELT).
- Working with the Regional Principal to manage budget and expenditure of each Campus.
- Engaging in teaching and learning opportunities with students.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- You will have proven experience in leadership role within the Education sector preferably across multiple sites.
- Ability to travel extensively to visit your cluster of campuses.
- Knowledge, experience and a positive inclination to the modern learning environment and learning techniques
- Demonstrated success as a school teacher, with a proven ability to understand and employ effective strategies for managing the challenges of the classroom.
