We are looking for a Quantitative Researcher
who has spent the last few years mastering their craft and is now ready to step into a role with more responsibility. In this role, you will lead end-to-end quantitative research projects (with the oversight of directors), manage client communications, and mentor junior team members.
This role is for our Melbourne office, working in a hybrid environment with 2 days in office per week.
The role
We are seeking a researcher who has spent the last 3–5 years refining their quantitative research skills in an agency environment, is confident leading end-to-end research projects, and is ready to step up into a role with greater responsibility. Day to day, you will be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with your clients, immersing yourself in their business, and ensuring excellent communication.
- Delivering end-to-end quantitative projects, including questionnaire writing, fieldwork management, analysis, and reporting (strategically supported by our directors).
- Growing and mentoring junior team members.
- Putting on your creative hat—constantly sharing new ideas and finding better ways to support our clients.

Who are we looking for?
As the ideal applicant:
- You have 3–5 years of quantitative experience in a market research agency.
- You're a PowerPoint wiz.
- You have exceptional attention to detail.
- You're a great communicator.
- You are invested in your personal growth and have strong self-awareness.
