The Role:

  • Answering the phone and distributing calls
  • Attending to walk-in enquiries
  • Supporting property management & sales team
  • Producing letters and sending notifications
  • Prepare and process Form 6s, Form 9/10s and Contract
  • Launch marketing campaigns
  • Communicate with buyers, sellers, solicitors and other parties
  • Assist with trust accounting
  • Maintain accurate records to high standards
  • Keep office clean and tidy
  • Collaborate staffs across multiple offices

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in Real Estate preferred
  • Certificate of Registration desirable
  • Excellent customer service and organisational skills
  • Well presented with a positive customer service attitude
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Attention to details is key
