Are you an organised, proactive professional with a flair for administration and a keen interest in sales and marketing?

We're looking for a Sales Administrator to support our busy Business Development and Operations teams across multiple mining services projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing business while working in a dynamic, service-focused environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and maintain our CRM (HubSpot) to track enquiries, clients, and opportunities across all service divisions
  • Coordinate new enquiries, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and prequalification submissions
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and client correspondence
  • Support reporting, ensuring sales and business development data is current and accurate
  • Assist with marketing activities, including capability statements, case studies, event coordination, and LinkedIn updates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key industry contacts
  • Provide general support to the Business Development and Operations teams across multiple projects

Daily tasks include:

  • Updating HubSpot: logging new enquiries, updating client details, tracking opportunities across Power, Water, Labour Hire, Maintenance, Rentals, and Installations
  • Checking and managing emails for new enquiries, client requests, and supplier updates
  • Formatting, saving, and tracking quotes in the correct folders
  • Completing EOIs and prequalification forms for mining clients and contractors
  • Following up with suppliers for pricing, lead times, and equipment details
  • Supporting marketing initiatives such as capability statements, case studies, and LinkedIn posts
  • Maintaining organised files in SharePoint or Teams for quotes, clients, and projects
  • Monitoring upcoming client opportunities and tenders
  • Assisting the BD team with client correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Interest or experience in marketing, sales support, or business administration within a service-based or mining environment
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
