Since then, **Rumble Subi** has gone from strength to strength — and now, we’re looking for a passionate, driven individual to join our small team of dedicated legends.

We’re a fitness studio built on community, energy, and excellence — and we pride ourselves on the service we deliver to our members every single day.

This role is for between 25 - 30 hours per week. It includes early morning shifts, evening shifts and weekend work.

**To Succeed in This Role, You'll Need**:

- Proven **sales experience** (essential)
- ** Marketing experience** (highly regarded)
- ** Fitness industry experience** (highly regarded)
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage data, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and well-presented
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthiness and the ability to handle confidential information
- Tech-savvy, with experience using **CRM and marketing platforms**

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Drive membership growth using internal sales processes
- Manage and convert leads within our CRM system
- Acquire new members and turn prospects into loyal clients
- Build strong, lasting relationships with members and the wider community
- Support retention strategies to keep our community thriving
- Actively participate in community-building initiatives
- Collaborate with the leadership team to meet performance targets
- Take ownership of front-of-house operations before, during, and after sessions
- Help maintain studio cleanliness and ensure a premium member experience
- Assist with daily studio operations and administrative tasks
