We're currently recruiting for a contract position with a well-known insurance provider, focused on customer complaints and resolution support within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Start: Immediate Start
Duration: 5 month contract - potential to go permeant for the right candidate

Hybrid working: 3 days a week in the office, North Sydney

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Triage and manage customer claims from lodgement through to resolution
  • Investigate and resolve complex claim enquiries with empathy and accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely outcomes and compliance with service standards
  • Prepare clear written communications and maintain thorough case documentation
  • Support continuous improvement of claims handling processes

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer claims, complaints handling, or dispute resolution - ideally in general insurance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive customer interactions with professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with solid judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with claims systems and regulatory requirements in insurance is a bonus
  • Legal background desired but not essential
