If people have ever told you, "You'd be great in real estate," they were probably right — and this might be the role where you finally prove them right.

We're a young, fast-moving real estate team looking for a confident, people-focused Sales Associate to join us. If you love talking to people, build rapport easily, and want a genuine pathway into high-performance real estate, this role is built for you.

This is a true sales role — prospecting, meeting buyers, attending appraisals, managing clients, negotiating and supporting deals. You'll still handle the essential CRM/admin that keeps sales moving, but the heart of the role is real conversations, real people and real momentum.

What You'll Be Doing


• Prospecting daily: calls, follow-ups, warm nurtures and buyer work

• Meeting buyers, qualifying their needs and matching them to the right homes

• Supporting listing presentations and attending appraisals

• Managing vendor communication throughout campaigns

• Assisting with negotiations alongside the sales team

• Keeping the CRM sharp — notes, tasks, data entry and pipeline updates

• Helping coordinate listing prep (photos, trades, launches) when needed

• Representing the team confidently at open homes, inspections and client appointments

• Outgoing, personable and naturally great with people

• Strong communicator on the phone and in person

• Organised, proactive and able to stay on top of multiple tasks

• Well-presented, socially aware and emotionally intelligent

• Comes from a people-focused background — hospitality, retail, fitness, beauty, events or similar

• Ambitious and ready for a long-term career, not just a temporary role

• Holds a driver's licence and has a reliable car
