At Cowal

At Cowal, our substantial investment has led to a longer mine life as we have boldly reimagined our future to 2040. Located near West Wyalong in central New South Wales, Cowal is a residential site where we encourage our people to live nearby and enjoy the close-knit communities and lifestyles of the surrounding areas.

This roster is 8 days on and 6 days off and a 12 hour day.

About the Role

This isn't just another Geotechnical Engineering position, it is an opportunity to develop and grow your career. You'll step into a project-focused role that blends technical depth with project management, while reporting directly to the Geotechnical Superintendent. You'll be trusted to lead projects, shape designs, and build models using the full RocScience suite. It's hands-on, cross-functional, and designed to push your boundaries. What makes this role different:

• You'll work across both open pit and underground Geotechnical Engineering

About You

You're already thriving in your current role as a Geotechnical Engineer, but you're ready for more scope, more ownership, and a new challenge. You have the qualifications, experience in mining: open pit and/or underground. You are comfortable with Deswik, RocScience suite, and Microsoft Office. You're motivated by:
