Are you a proactive and organised professional who enjoys a mix of administration, client communication, and business growth?

We are a reputable gas and electrical compliance company based in Airport West, and we're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team.

This is a varied and hands-on role that combines office administration, job coordination, and business development. You'll be a key link between our real estate clients and internal management—ensuring smooth daily operations while helping us expand our client base and strengthen existing relationships.


Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

  • Communicate effectively with tradespeople, landlords and property managers
  • Liaise directly with plumbers, electricians, and other tradespeople to manage job progress and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Provide general administrative and office support to management as required

Business Development & Client Relations

  • Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with new and existing real estate agencies and property management clients
  • Identify new business opportunities within the compliance, maintenance, and property services sectors
  • Prepare and present proposals and service packages to potential clients
  • Follow up on leads, referrals, and existing client requests to generate repeat and new business
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement growth strategies, marketing campaigns, and client retention initiatives

About You

We're looking for someone who is both organised and commercially minded—someone who can manage the details of daily operations while keeping an eye on growth and client satisfaction.

You will ideally have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Experience in business development, property management, administration, or client relationship management, ideally within the trades, compliance, or property industries
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and client correspondence
  • ServiceM8 experience preferred but not essential – full training provided
