About the Role
We are looking for a Lawyer with 2–4 years' post-admission experience to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end matters in construction and property law.
You will be involved in direct client communication from day one. The role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in a boutique setting with high-quality work and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on construction contracts, property transactions, leases, and project delivery
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction and property documentation
- Managing construction and property-related disputes (litigation, adjudication, negotiation)
- Working directly with clients to deliver practical, commercially focused advice
- Supporting senior lawyers and collaborating with colleagues in a small team environment
About You
- 2–4 years' post-admission experience in construction law, property law, or both
- Solid technical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
- A commercial mindset and a practical, solution-oriented approach
- Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and in a team
