**About the role**

**What you’ll do**
- Define and implement a growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals.
- Create and execute growth experiments, using data and experimentation to make decisions.
- Develop and optimise acquisition, retention, and revenue growth strategies.
- Identify and target new customer segments to drive user acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product and engineering, to ensure the successful execution of growth initiatives and increase product lead growth.
- Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of growth initiatives and optimise accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously iterate on the growth strategy.
- Communicate the progress and results of growth initiatives to the leadership team and other stakeholders.
- Organise and run customer engagement activities like webinars, training sessions, and user groups.
- Form a solid understanding of the users and their workflows, using this context to plan growth initiatives or work with the engineering team to build features in the product that contribute to growth or retention of users.
- Brief and lead external contractors to level up growth initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a startup or software industry.
- Experience in performance marketing, either media buying, strategy or creative development.
- Proven track record of successfully driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think strategically.
- Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using analytics and growth tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Metabase, etc.)
