Demolition Supervisor

As the supervisor you will be responsible for leading a team enforcing organisational policies and procedures are adhered to whilst fostering a culture of safety compliance on our sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Running pre-start meetings
- Organising the work group and assigning tasks
- Conduct site inspections and behavioural observations with the work group
- Ensure site activities are being undertaken safely, correctly and efficiently
- Contribute to toolbox talks and safety shares
- Drive hazard identification and real time risk assessments amongst the work group
- Liaise with the client for the purpose of weekly meetings and site visits
- Ensure preventative maintenance and plant documentation is being completedLead emergency response procedures

**Essential**:

- Experience in supervising Class 1 Demolition Work
- First aid qualifications
- Strong health and safety focus
- Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple work groups
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver prestart meetings, interact with the client and senior managementBeing proactive and driving productivity

**Desirable**:

- Cert III or IV in DemolitionGeneral skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
