The Senior DevOps Engineer
will take a lead role in designing and implementing robust, scalable infrastructure and CI/CD solutions across multiple environments. They will combine technical leadership with a strong coaching mindset, enabling our teams to build capability and ensure long-term sustainability.

The Senior DevOps Engineer will work closely with our global counterparts to develop and share DevOps best practices across regions—contributing to a unified, high-performance DevOps culture.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior-level DevOps experience, including consulting or delivery-focused roles.
  • Expert-level Terraform and IaC design skills.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS and DevSecOps practices.
  • Proven ability to build, operate, and refine CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell) and Linux administration skills.
  • Expertise in configuration-as-code (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, SaltStack).

Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, emphasising modularity, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Build and optimise secure, reliable CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, TeamCity, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions, pair programming, and mentoring to uplift team capability.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and product managers to streamline deployment workflows and enhance operational resilience.
  • Evaluate and improve existing DevOps toolchains, automation practices, and security controls.
  • Create documentation and handover materials to ensure continuity beyond the engagement.
