About the Opportunity

We're looking for motivated, hands-on people to join our Accounts Team in Marulan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment runs.
  • Assist with monthly reporting, budgeting, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage supplier communication and ensure timely payments.
  • Support continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
  • Proficient in Xero – must have solid working knowledge.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proactive and solution-focused approach to work.
  • Experience within the construction, transport, or logistics industries is an advantage.
