What You'll Do

  • Source, headhunt & engage candidates using all the tools at your disposal
  • Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process
  • Accurately record and maintain data in our CRM
  • Provide constructive feedback across the candidate journey
  • Take on ad hoc projects and system up-keeps as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Stellar communication, interpersonal & decision-making skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational chops
  • Confidence handling rejection and bouncing back
  • Self-motivation and a growth mindset
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills
  • Bonus: experience in recruitment, cold outreach, HR systems, proposals
