We're a small family business based in Keilor Park, managing multiple brands, and we're looking for someone who's happy to wear a couple of hats.

You'll be the go-to person for customer service while also helping us keep our social media accounts active and engaging (Only if interested).

What you'll be doing:

  • Responding to customer emails and marketplace messages (eBay, Amazon, etc.)
  • Answering incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Posting and engaging on our social media channels (If interested)
  • Helping with general admin tasks when needed

What we're looking for:

  • No specific experience required — we'll teach you what you need to know
  • Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • An interest in social media and online trends is a bonus (If interested)
