Long-standing sheet metal fabrication workshop in Bankstown NSW. We're looking for a factory worker/trade assistant.

Job Content (see below examples):

  • Use of equipment and hand tools to complete tasks, e.g. sanding, grinding, drilling, folding sheet metal
  • Measure, cut & prepare sheet metal accurately according to drawings / instructions
  • Using a forklift to load and unload
  • Strap and secure pallets
  • Complete paperwork as required

  • Have a car license and ability to drive a manual vehicle is desirable

  • Driving, pick up and drop off deliveries

    We have a manually operated truck that only requires a valid car license

Requirement (see below examples):

  • Must be able to read drawings, use factory equipment and follow instructions
  • Must be able to lift heavy material when required
  • Must be able to use a forklift
  • Have a car license and ability to drive a manual vehicle is desirable
