The Group operates six clubs as well as a state of the art 600 seat theatre, a large Grand Ballroom and an extensive range of facilities to host events of all kinds along with a commercial office tower.

About the Role

Our vibrant and lively La Piazza restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Hand to join the team. This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for a keen individual looking to commence a career in hospitality. In this role you can expect to:

- Assist with ordering food items and supplies for the needs of the Restaurant
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy
- Ensure equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned
- Assist with preparing food and meal items
- Operating packaging machinery
- Product labelling
- Packing Orders

To be a successful applicant you will require
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Be available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Washing dishes
- Cleaning and maintaining clean cooking areas
- Liaising with chefs and staff team
- Work autonomously as well as with a small team
- A positive attitude and professional manner
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Previous experience in a similar role
