Junior - General Factory Hand

We are a Steel Fabrication Manufacturing company located in Bankstown. We primarily manufacture Steel Casing for Battery Operated Forklifts Australia wide. We are seeking a motivated all-rounder to join our team. This is a full-time position.

As the general hand, you will be assisting fellow workers and responsible for a range of duties within our factory. They will include assisting our guillotine operator, heavy lifting and assisting in the preparation of material used in the manufacturing process. You will be using a variety of tools and machines which you will be trained to use.

To be successful in this role, you will have to demonstrate sound communication skills, follow instructions, be self-motivating and have a strong ability to work as part of the team. A safety focussed attitude is required.

While previous general hand experience would be advantageous, it is not a requirement provided you can demonstrate initiative and motivation to do the role.

Trading hours - Mon - Thurs 7.30am to 4pm, Fri 7.30am to 1.30pm

**Salary**: $42,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
