We're looking for a passionate and detail-driven
Quality & Regulatory Specialist
to join our
Nespresso SHEQ team
in
Rhodes
.

In this role, you'll ensure our products, services, and operations meet Nestlé and Nespresso standards, as well as local regulatory requirements. You will lead quality initiatives, support our certified Integrated Management System (IMS), and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences through compliance, training, and continuous improvement.

As the Quality & Regulatory Specialist you will drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement to help us deliver exceptional experiences to our customers through:

  • Quality & Compliance: Maintain documentation, lead investigations, and drive corrective actions to ensure product and process excellence.
  • Regulatory Oversight: Manage compliance across coffee, machines, food, and accessories. Oversee labelling, monitor regulatory changes, and support new product launch
  • Customer Experience: Reduce complaints, improve satisfaction, and support cross-functional improvement initiatives.
  • SHEQ Support: Assist boutiques with ISO audits, maintain safety documentation, and contribute to annual SHE initiatives.
