Terra Drilling is on the lookout for experienced Diamond Drillers to join our growing team for an immediate start. We offer high-quality drilling projects across the WA Goldfields, Pilbara, and Yilgarn, and we're committed to providing a safe, professional, and rewarding work environment.

We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience on the levers as a Surface Diamond Driller
  • Hold a valid HR Licence (or be close to obtaining one)
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • National Police Clearance (within last 3 months)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A screening
  • Cert III in Drilling Operations is essential (Cert IV preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and initiative
  • Comfortable working in remote exploration environments on day/night shift rosters
  • A solid communicator and team player who thrives in small crews
