Role Summary

We are seeking Surface and Underground Diamond Drill Assistants to join our team in Western Australia.

Key Details

  • Rosters: 14/7
  • Residential in Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth
  • Underground and surface work
  • Accommodation and meals provided
  • Full-time, permanent positions
  • No experience required – full on-the-job training provided
  • Competitive pay rates

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Driller in producing high-quality diamond core samples
  • Perform manual handling and operational support tasks
  • Conduct pre-start inspections and safety checks
  • Contribute to a safe, productive, and positive work environment

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Ability to meet pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
  • Police clearance (within 6 months)
  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous experience in manual handling or physical work
  • Manual Driver's Licence (required for underground roles)
  • HR Licence (required for surface roles)
