**Diamond Drillers & Supervisors Wanted – WA Surface & Underground Diamond Drilling Projects - FIFO 

CELOTTI WORKFORCEis currently seeking experienced Diamond Drillers and Supervisors to join our clients for SURFACE and UNDERGROUND DIAMOND DRILLING operations across Western Australia. Ideal candidates will have proven drilling expertise and a strong commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

We're on the lookout for experienced Diamond Drillersfor both Surface and Underground** Drilling Operations ready to step into key roles with a company that genuinely values on-the-ground experience. If you've built your career on the rigs and know how to handle high-pressure, high-reward work — this is your next move.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Operating Diamond Drilling equipment
  • Assisting with site preparation and upkeep
  • Collaborating with team members on-site
  • Prioritizing safety through daily equipment inspections, general maintenance, completing safety documentation, and adhering to safe work procedures.
  • Leading drill crews and sharing your skills by training Driller Assistants.

Our Ideal Candidates:

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience operating surface drill rigs
  • A valid HR driver's licence
  • National Police Clearance (issued within the past 6 months) or the ability to get one quickly
  • Capability to pass a full pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
  • First Aid and CPR certificates, or willingness to complete them before starting
  • Cert II or III in Drilling Operations (Cert IV highly regarded)
  • Legal right to work in Australia
  • A strong safety mindset and excellent attention to detail - these are non-negotiable
