Topdrill currently has a fleet of 28 rigs and over 300 employees. Our rigs are all late model and utilise industry leading, hands free rod handling systems. Our fleet consists of Schramm 685's & Sandvik 840's and 880's.

We are leaders in training, putting our staff through their Cert III & Cert IV.

Topdrill are seeking to fill the following roles immediately

  • Snr RC/Diamond Drillers (Rig Managers)
  • RC/Diamond Drillers
  • Trainee RC/Diamond Drillers

For the right candidate, Topdrill offers:

  • Permanent employment contracts on a 2:1 or 2:2 roster
  • Industry leading rates of pay including KPI and retention bonuses (Up to $1400 - $1800 inc retention bonus).

Prerequisites are preferable:

  • Current HR Driver's Licence
  • Cert II, III and IV Drilling Certificates (desirable)
  • Current First Aid, Work at Heights, Forklift Licence, Vehicle Loading Crane and Dogging Ticket (desirable)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
  • A good work ethic (essential)
  • Ability to work within a team dynamic in a tough environment
