Supporting Abilities for Everyone (S.A.F.E.) is seeking a passionate experienced Disability Support Worker for a participant in Templestowe Lower.Experience supporting clients with physical disabilities highly regardedMust be experienced with hoist transfersParticipant: Female, mid 30s, progressive disability impacting physical ability, speech and hearingParticipant request: Female, reliable, punctual (can't be late), experienced with hoist transfers, not overly talkative, cat lover (will need to administer medication to cat).Able to assist with household tasks and work efficiently.Shifts: Saturday and Sunday 09:00am - 11:00am, 6:30pm - 8:30pm. Additional shifts once participant is comfortable.We are looking for competent, enthusiastic and reliable Support Workers who possess the right empathy, interpersonal skills and ethics to prioritise the care of our clients. We currently have casual opportunities available for all successful applicants.Essential Selection Criteria (or willingness to obtain):Current First Aid and CPR certificate.Current National Police CheckCurrent Working with Children Check (Employee status/if working with participants
