What you will be doing?Be the first point of contact through inbound calls and emails or customer enquiries.Provide accurate information in a timely and compliant manner.Utilising Microsoft Suite and CRM systems to log data entry and communication with internal & external stakeholders.Accurately record customer information into the database.Monitor and manage released, shipped, and order statuses.Work collaboratively with Account Managers to regularly review forward orders & update delivery schedules.Maintain knowledge of product and service policies & pricings.What do you bring? Prior experience in a customer service, account management, or data entry is preferred.Prior experience working within the manufacturing/building product industries highly desirable.Proficient at utilising Microsoft Office Suite & CRM systems.Ability to self-organise and multitask.Thrives and can effectively communicate in a collaborative work environment.Personal and professional verbal and written communication skills.Perks & Benefits:Full-time opportunity & immediate start.Tech hardware & software provided.Free on-site parking or
